Each individual User is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the uustoto Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact email address. You further agree to keep this information updated and accurate at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify uustoto immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. uustoto will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
uustoto reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage — including at registration, during account activity, or prior to processing a withdrawal request. Accepted documents include a Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, and proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months). Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed or withheld withdrawals.

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a particular promotional offer. uustoto does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may enforce their own transaction caps.
Electronic wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. FPX bank transfers are generally processed within 5 to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15 to 30 minutes. uustoto is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or blockchain network congestion.
uustoto does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to standard blockchain network (gas) fees. All displayed balances and transaction records reflect MYR equivalent values.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed by uustoto within the timeframes set out below. Funds will be remitted via the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless an alternative method has been approved by the uustoto compliance team.

All bonus funds credited to a User's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the User must place a cumulative total of MYR 1,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance is released for withdrawal.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports bets may contribute at varying rates depending on the market and odds. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
uustoto employs automated and manual monitoring systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, coordinated multi-account activity, and use of multiple identities. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, uustoto reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the relevant Account(s), and take further action as deemed appropriate.
All promotional offers have expiry dates. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Uncompleted bonus balances will be forfeited upon expiry without prior notice.
uustoto offers sports betting markets across a wide range of events including, but not limited to, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, FAM Cup fixtures, UFC, and selected eSports tournaments. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the Platform.
All bets are accepted at the discretion of uustoto. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager without stating a reason. Bets are only confirmed once an on-screen confirmation receipt is generated. Verbal or informally communicated bets are not accepted.
uustoto takes reasonable care to ensure that all displayed odds are accurate. However, in the event of an obvious error in odds pricing — including but not limited to technical glitches, data feed failures, or manifest human error — uustoto reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled. Users will be notified of any such voids, and the staked amount will be returned to the Account.
In-play betting odds fluctuate in real time based on match events. Bets submitted during live events are accepted only once confirmed by the Platform's system. uustoto is not responsible for delays in odds updates caused by data providers or network latency.
Mix Parlay bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must be successful for the bet to win. Mix Parlay bets involving two or more selections from the same match, or selections that are related in outcome, may be voided or restricted at uustoto's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uustoto Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:
All content on the uustoto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of uustoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of uustoto.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uustoto, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or the Services, including but not limited to:

Upon account closure for cause, uustoto reserves the right to retain any funds held in the Account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, undisputed real-money balances will be returned to the User via their original deposit payment method.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the uustoto support team via live chat or the registered support email address. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 3 business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction under which uustoto operates. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure.
